I've never used extensions before, but I wanted a statement ponytail. I ordered the 16" and I was so impressed! It matched my hair color perfectly, which was a bit of a gamble being an online color match, and it was so easy to install. Getting it to look real took a few attempts, but the hair on the side to wrap around allowed coverage of the velcro. I would 110% recommend. If you install it the right way, it's not heavy on the head and doesn't slip off or move. I've worn it a few times after the event I bought it for and it gets easier and easier to use, and I barely notice it's on my head. Coming from the girl who removes earrings that weigh too much. All in all, fabulous product, great quality, and great quantity too.
I ordered a colour swatch ring so I could bring it to my hair appt to ensure I chose the right colour when ordering and shipping was so fast! There are soo many colours to choose from - especially being blonde - I really feel like there’s a shade for everyone! It makes it so much easier to select a shade when you have such a detailed colour ring
