Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hygiene tag and warranty card must remain attached. The hair bundle must stay secured to the black card, and the elastics must not be undone. If your item is still in its original condition, please follow the steps below:
- Email info@pahairextensions.com with your order details, the reason for the return or exchange, and a photo showing that the security tag is still intact and the product is still in its original bundle.
- Once approved, return the package using a tracked postage service.
- The return postage address can be found on your original parcel label or printed invoice.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending returns with tracking, as we cannot process items that do not arrive back to us.
Once your return has been received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If you are exchanging for a product of a different value, we will contact you regarding any price difference.
Refunds

For Australian orders, refunds are issued for the order total excluding shipping, and a $15 AUD restocking fee applies.

Return to Sender Parcels
Any parcel returned to us via Return to Sender will incur a $15 RTS fee plus a $15 restocking fee. For international orders, a $30 AUD RTS fee plus a $15 AUD restocking fee applies.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to supplying premium quality hair extensions and hair products. If you believe there is a fault with your order, we may require photographs, written details, and the return of the product for assessment before any outcome can be approved.
Please note that where further testing is required, assessments may take 2 to 3 weeks.
Conditions of the guarantee include:
- Any issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Clear written and photographic evidence must be provided.
- Hair extensions that slip, fall out, or do not adhere are not covered, as these issues are generally related to application.
- Incorrect or improper application is not covered.
- The guarantee applies only when professional salon products are used, and proof of purchase may be required.
- Colouring, bleaching, perming, toning, or the use of purple shampoo will void the guarantee.
- All items must be returned for inspection before a claim can be assessed.
- Wholesale customers must report any issue within 30 days of delivery, not from the client’s application date.
- For warranty claims, the hair must be professionally installed by a trained professional, and a certificate may be required.
- If needed, the product may be sent for technical assessment to determine the cause of the issue.

If the assessment confirms that the product is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, store credit, repair, or replacement.
100% Human Hair Disclaimer
While our extensions are advertised as 100% human hair, there may occasionally be trace amounts of synthetic fibres or thread present due to shared factory machinery or production areas. These traces are minimal and do not affect the overall quality or performance of the product.
Dyeing Hair Extensions Disclaimer
Results can vary depending on the type of extension, the manufacturing method, and the dye or toner used. Because chemical reactions cannot be predicted or controlled, we cannot accept responsibility for issues that occur during or after colouring or toning the hair.
Any colouring, dyeing, toning, use of purple shampoo, or other chemical alteration will immediately void all warranties. Our warranty applies only to hair that remains in its original, unaltered condition.
We strongly recommend strand testing before applying any colour. Additional chemical processing may cause dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, or breakage, and may affect the texture, quality, and lifespan of the extensions.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for delays, rerouting, or lost parcels caused by the courier or postal service.
We are also not responsible for missed hair appointments or scheduling issues caused by delivery delays. To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering well in advance and selecting Express Post at checkout where needed.
