Keratin Bond Hair Extensions

Our pre-bonded Keratin U-tip (nail shape) or Flat Tip hair extensions are a protein-based solution made with 100% human hair. The hot fusion technique used for these extensions involves small strands of human hair that are bonded with a keratin protein.
Unlike extensions that are sewn or taped in place, these extensions use a keratin bond that is melted with heat to securely attach the extensions to your own hair. The result is a natural-looking extension that resembles your own hair and is placed in strategic rows.

The keratin bonds can last up to 4 months before needing to be refitted, making them a popular choice for those who do not have the time for regular salon visits.

These hair extensions naturally air dry with a gentle wave, but to achieve the initial straight style, they require heat styling at 200 degrees.

You can opt to dye your Human Hair extensions to achieve your desired shade. Our sets can be safely toned/dyed as Portia & Alexa Hair is a premium quality 100% Human Hair.

Like most human hair extensions, Portia & Alexa Hair should not be bleached or lightened. Our hair goes through a long dying process to achieve our gorgeous shades, therefore please do not attempt to bleach or lighten your extensions as this may cause damage, shedding and dryness to the hair.
