The flat weft hair extension technique is similar to the weft beaded extension method. The only difference is that the new weft is flat, similar to tape, and lays much flatter than traditional machine weft hair.
There is no short hair returns at the top of the weft (also known as a "moustache") This, allows the weft to lay flatter against the scalp.
Some people choose to create two rows with two to four wefts on each row.
